Ms Valery has been supporting my daughter for the past year. She is warm, encouraging and my daughter looks forward to her therapy sessions. I can see her passion in her work. I greatly appreciate the strong emphasis placed on parental coaching which has taught my spouse and I ways to help our child better.

Our experience with Wei Kiat providing therapy for our 7 year old daughter was really positive. He came to a clinical assessment quickly, which I believe was successful in working out the direction the therapy should take and the goals. The sessions were made to incorporate fun and engaging exercises so she was always looking forward to attend the session. Wei Kiat was also really good at providing feedback and tips to us, plus exercises to work on at home. Importantly he also connected with our daughter’s school, so that her teacher and the school counsellor could better understand the basis for her issues, and make relatively simple allowances for her, which seems to have helped settle her in class, and improved her classroom and learning experience. All in all, we are really happy with how Wei Kiat has worked with our daughter and us, and the results so far.

We want to thank OT for Kids and especially to Therapist Ms Valery and Centre Manager Ms Jieying for their support towards us when J was attending OT at the Centre. Ms Valery is a very approachable therapist to both parents and kids, and J was always looking forward to attending the sessions with her. She is very observant towards J to identify areas of OT to work with him on, and actively shares feedback with us.

Ms Jieying is also very helpful and responsive towards us in arranging the weekly sessions, there will always be reminders before each session, and flexibility too on occasions when we need to reschedule. The environment at OT for Kids is also very clean and conducive for therapy, with many equipment and activities to keep kids engaged. It was a positive experience overall with OT for Kids!

Our son has richly benefitted from working with Wei Kiat Tang. He has met with him weekly over the course of several months. We have worked with many Occupational Therapists and we find Wei Kiat to be exceptional due to his intentional, thoughtful practice. He listens carefully and without judgement and has designed a program of therapy for our son that demonstrates he truly understands who our son is and what his needs are.
